PSNC STAMPLESS MAIL, 1841-1875 - VERY EARLY COVER BY NAMED PSNC STEAMER - LIMA TO CHILE "Pr Peru" CHARGED "1½" SHIP LETTER RATE: Fine 26 May 1841 EL (long and interesting contents in English ref. news from the US of the Oregon boundary dispute, ship movements, the "invasion of Santa Cruz has all turned out a humbug - nothing but a small party of... Peruvian Robbers...", etc.) from "Lima" to "Valparaiso" endorsed "Pr.
